Retrofit of existing, operational laundry plant located on Hospital campus. LDG provided Strategic planning, detailed layout and workflow design, procurement support and project coordination services. LDG led the design efforts and balancing the demands of construction with the need to keep the facility fully operational. LDG responsibilities included developing a phased design strategy that allowed for seamless integration of new equipment and infrastructure without interrupting day-to-day production. LDG managed the equipment procurement, applying their industry knowledge to identify, source, and coordinate delivery of key systems aligned with the plant’s performance and efficiency goals. LDG also played a key role in project coordination, collaborating closely with the client and contractors to ensure the schedule and budget stayed on track. LDG's involvement ensured clear communication, efficient problem-solving, and successful delivery of project milestones while maintaining operational continuity throughout the retrofit process.
