LDG served as the lead design consultant for the comprehensive retrofit of the existing laundry plant, tasked with modernizing the facility while maintaining full operational continuity. The scope included a complete integration of new technologies, replace obsolete systems and enhance safety and efficiency without disrupting daily production. LDG led the design effort from concept through final construction, coordinating closely with stakeholders to ensure all operational requirements were met. Special attention was given to phasing and sequencing to allow continuous operation during construction, minimizing downtime and maintaining throughput. In addition to design responsibilities, LDG managed the equipment procurement process, identified capable local/regional contractors/ engineers, coordinated code review and permitting with qualified Client’s architectural & engineering teams, provided project accounting and oversaw final commissioning and training.
